Submission Guidelines

To help maintain the tone and quality of the journal, please keep the following guidelines in mind when submitting your work.

Types of Submissions

We welcome:

  Thoughtful commentary related to relationships, personal growth, and power exchange dynamics

Tone and Content

Submissions should:

  Be thoughtful, respectful, and reflective

  Focus on insight, experience, philosophy, or creative expression

  Avoid very explicit or graphic content

  Respect privacy and consent when discussing real people

Length Suggestions

  Essays: 500–1500 words

  Reflections: 200–800 words

  Poetry: any reasonable length

Images and Artwork

If submitting visual work:

  Please include high-quality images

  Ensure you have the right to share the work

  Include a short caption or explanation if desired

Author Credit

You may submit:

  Under your real name

  Under a pseudonym

  Or anonymously if you prefer

Editorial Review

All submissions are reviewed before publication to ensure they fit the tone and purpose of the journal. Minor edits for clarity or formatting may be made when necessary.
